The Library Court was originally built in 1955 by Lincoln Savings with help from Eddy and Deasy Architects for use as it's headquarters. As the years passed it went through many transformations with two additional levels being added and in time was even gutted in the 1990's.

In 2004 Greystone Group invested $20 million into the building, and with the help of historic preservationist Brenda Levin, resurrected the structure into what is now known as Library Court. Levin's renovation projects comprise the city's most important landmarks which include the impressive Bradbury building, Grand Central Market, The Oviatt Building, Wiltern Theatre, and The Griffith Observatory.

Completing this urban oasis involved completely removing the central core of the building to allow for an open-air zen style courtyard. A 6th Story was added where residents can enjoy the rooftop library lounge. The building also has a 24 hour study hall, business center, and fitness gym.

Interiors feature elegant and modern design, with streamlined finishes. The lobby greets guests with a simple geometric entrance along with glistening wooden floors. Units highlight floor to ceiling windows which vary in translucency along with permanent wall divisions and layouts of traditional condominiums.

Step inside and you'll find a graceful transition from vibrant downtown life to solitude and peacefulness just within the boundry walls of Library court.

Located in the Financial District, near Staples Center, LA Live, the Standard Hotel, Disney Hall, Macy's, Ralph's, FIDM & 7th/Flower Metro Station!
