The San Fernando building, built in 1907, is considered one of the finest buildings in the Downtown Los Angeles area today. The building displays meticulous early 1920’s iconic architecture in one of the Downtown’s historically preserved neighborhoods, the Old Bank District of the Historic Core along 4th Street. The San Fernando is an E-shaped, nine story structure with a basement. Its design was influenced by the Renaissance Revival-style. The building has a two story rusticated base. Eight bays are defined by rusticated piers on Fourth Street and there are six bays on Main Street. The community offers an ever-growing collection of restaurants, bars, galleries, retail and nightlife for the urban dweller.
Stepping into the lobby, you will be received with 22 feet ceilings lined with skylights and marble tile floors. These loft-style apartments offer a chic lifestyle to anyone looking to be a part of the downtown lifestyle.
