Originally built in 1927, the Orpheum Building rises 12 stories, with the top floors converted to residential rental apartments in 2003. Situated in Downtown LA's Broadway District of the Historic Core surrounded my massive revitalization and incredible nightlife.

These 37 units are true live/work lofts, with large open spaces easily customized to meet tenants long-term needs for a design office, display or creative work space, while still having a comfortable and private resident living area.
