National City Tower, built in 1924 and converted to residential in 2008, is a Beaux Arts style building, is located in the Financial District of Downtown Los Angeles. The tower is an adaptive reuse development of the former headquarters of National City Bank of Los Angeles that includes residential lofts, as well as ground floor and basement retail space. Most of its twelve stories are decorated with tapestry brick and terra cotta at the top and bottom.
