City View Lofts
1610 W 7th St Los Angeles, CA 90017

City View Lofts, built in 1924 and Modernized in 2004, is the former Young's Market Building and is one of Los Angeles's most well-known Historical Landmarks. The structure embodies a beautiful Italian-renaissance design with monumental roman pillars lining the lobby, detailed interior roof paintings and Minnesota granite lining the facade. One of the most notable features of the architecture is the genuine bronze and terra cotta Lucca Della Robbia style frieze that wraps the building.

Added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2004, its construction was a testament to the Young's family business achievement. The five-story structure was built with the most prestigious materials of the era. The substantial reputation of the structure is well deserved.
