The Summit Beverly Hills is a guard gated community in the Beverly Hills Post Office area with 24-hour security and car patrol. It is located at the top or “Summit” in the hills above Beverly Hills where Coldwater Canyon and Mulholland Drive meet, surrounded by three parks. The Summit is one of two guard gated enclaves north of Mulholland to boast a Beverly Hills address.

There are just over 80 homes in this community made up of only 6 streets. Most of the properties in the Summit were developed in the 1980’s, although there are several newer construction homes as well. Home styles in this gated community include Colonial, Mediterranean, Traditional, Tudor and Contemporary.

The homes range in size between 4,000 square feet up to 8,000 square feet, with generous lot sizes starting at 15,000 square feet and up. With the exception of two homes, all properties have pools and many are situated on tranquil cul-de-sacs.

The Summit is home to many high profile L.A. entertainment professionals, from A-list celebrities to successful business executives. Some notable residents of The Summit have included Gwen Stefani, Britney Spears, Ed McMahon and Hillary Duff.
