Bowmont Estates is a gated community in the Beverly Hills Post Office Neighborhood just east of Coldwater Canyon. This small private neighborhood has two entrances. The main entrance is located on Mulholland Drive. There is also a southern entrance that connects to Bowmont Dr.

Homes for sale in Bowmont Estates are large in scale and feature canyon views. They offer great privacy and easy access to both the valley and the west side. There are large estate homes that were built in the 1920's and a large majority of homes built in the 1940's through the 1960's. In recent years larger estates over 13,000 square feet have also been built.
