The Crest Streets are located north of Sunset Blvd between Coldwater Canyon and Trousdale Estates. The city of Beverly Hills flanks the neighborhood to the east, west, and south. Although nearly encircled by Beverly Hills, the community is actually part of the Beverly Hills Post Office. While homes in the Crest Streets enjoy the prestige of a 90210 zip code, they lie just outside the official city limits. Two landmark estates (Greystone Mansion and The Knoll) sit directly to the south of the neighborhood.

Homes in the Crest Streets run the gamut on an array of criteria. Significant variation in lot size and topography precludes uniformity. Residences began to dot the hills in the 1920s and construction spans every decade through the present.  A variety of architectural styles are well represented. Modest mid century homes are interspersed with larger residences and a handful of estates.
