Condo & Loft Buildings From Beverly Hills to Malibu

Sunset Park Santa Monica

The Sunset Park Neighborhood of Santa Monica is located south of Pico Blvd, east of Lincoln Blvd, west of the Santa Monica Airport at Centinela Ave and north of Dewey St. Sunset Park boasts a mix of homes ranging from Craftsmans built in the 1930's to modern architectural styles, as well as more traditional homes. Most of the homes of Sunset Park are small one-story houses built in the 1940s for workers at the Douglas Aircraft Factory.

The streets south of Ocean Park Blvd slope down towards Marine, Navy, and Ozone streets. Homes along these slopes often feature greenbelt, city lights, or even distant ocean views. Many 2-bedroom homes built in the 1940's and 1950's still remain in addition to larger homes. Some condos and townhomes are to be found near the east end of Sunset Park on streets such as 34th and Centinela.

Sunset Park is part of the Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District. Will Rogers and Grant elementary schools and John Adams Middle School are located in the neighborhood. Santa Monica College, a two-year community college, is also located in Sunset Park. The Santa Monica Airport is located along the southern borders of the neighborhood.
