Silverlake Townhomes II, built in 1983, is located in prime Silver Lake just down the street from Sunset Junction. The units here in Phase II are slightly smaller than Silverlake Townhomes Phase I, but they make up for the space with private rooftop decks.

These freestanding townhomes too have no common walls, private garage and private outdoor patios and small yards. They feature high ceilings throughout, large windows, a fireplace in the living room and kitchens with breakfast bar. The master suites feature vaulted ceilings, walk-in closets and en-suite bath.
