Moreno Highlands is a neighborhood in Silver Lake with curving terraced streets offering views of the SIlver Lake Reservoir, Downtown LA and the ocean. The neighborhood was built with all utilities underground so as to not obstruct the fabulous views.

Silent film star Antonio Moreno and his wife, oil-heiress Daisy Canfield, developed and styled Moreno Highlands after Mediterranean villages they visited on their honeymoon. Much like the Dietrichson house, with its popular "California Spanish" design, this suburb was styled with a coastal aesthetic that leaned heavily on an idealized fantasy past.

Moreno Highlands original design of the neighborhood was to be Mediterranean, today however there is a wide variety of architectural styles including fine examples of Mid-Century homes by renowned architects including John Lautner, Gregory Ain and R. M. Schindler.

Moreno Highlands is close to Sunset Junction and located within the desirable Ivanhoe School District.
