The Grove is a historic neighborhood in Studio City across from CBS Studio Center, originally Mack Sennett Studios which opened in May of 1928. The reason the area is called Studio City. This area is close to all of the great shopping and restaurants on Ventura Blvd and the Farmers Market.

The Grove Studio City offers a mix of single family homes, condos and apartments. Most of the single family homes can be found just north of the LA River. This small enclave is very private, the north/south streets dead end before Moorpark preventing pass through traffic.
