Apex 5, built in 2017, is a bold small lot division of single family homes in the in Del Rey and Culver City area adjacent to Marina Del Rey and Playa Vista. Each boasting long vertical ribbons of windows and floating staircases. Apex 5 offers five contemporary homes designed by architect Jeffrey Eyster.

These four-level homes features skylights and polished concrete floors. The main floor includes the kitchen featuring Bosch appliances, quartz counters and a bar seating set up at the center island. Off the kitchen area, a set of sliding glass doors open onto private outdoor spaces. There are two bedrooms, a sleeping loft that could be used as a third bedroom, and three bathrooms.
