The Meyer at 3rd, Built between 1936 - 1939 and re-imagined in 2019, is a boutique collection of residences situated in the heart of Beverly Grove. Located moments from the acclaimed dining and shopping of West Hollywood, The Grove and Beverly Hills, the building features original architecture by Meyer & Holler, the world-renowned architects behind Hollywood’s Grauman’s Chinese Theater and the Getty House. The building’s H-shaped site was historically designated by the Los Angeles City Council in 2015 and served as the main residence for architects Mendel Meyer and Gabriel Holler for decades.
