Built in 1923, the Glen Donald Building reflects the construction boom of it's era where architectural treasures such as the Biltmore Hotel were being built at the same time. Located close to Downtown Los Angeles, in the West Lake District, you are only minutes from USC, the metro line, Staples Center, nightlife, MOCA, LA LIVE, and the Los Angeles Convention Center. It is also close to Koreatown with its restaurants and nightlife. This building used to be a co-op, but it was converted to condominiums in August 2011.
This controlled access building is centered around a nice courtyard and has a ton of charm with a grand lobby that's out of a movie scene. The units feature open floor plans, walls of wood framed windows, hardwood floors, crown moldings, a full size Murphy bed, separate vanity area, walk-in closets and plenty of storage space. The eat-in kitchens offer a gas range, dishwasher and windows. Many have been updated to today's modern standards while keeping their original details.
Amenities include controlled access, recreation room, laundry room and gym.
