Bel Air Park, also known as Casiano Estates, is located in the Santa Monica Mountains, just south of Mulholland Drive and north of Bel Air Crest. The community offers a mix of one and two story homes in a variety of architectural styles. Although not gated, the single entrance is manned by a 24 hour guard booth and traffic in the neighborhood is limited to residents and their guests. Safety is further augmented by a round the clock security patrol.

This neighborhood consists of flat to gently sloping streets with sidewalks, and approximately half the homes are situated on family friendly cul-de-sacs. All homes along the fringe of the community command unobstructed mountain views, with select parcels enjoying sight lines all the way to the ocean.
