10 Palms, built in 2009, features nine architectural condominium homes uniquely nestled at the foot of the Hollywood Hills close to the heart of Hollywood. With just four stories and nine exceptional units this Clive Wilkinson structure offers open floor plans, two-story units, private outdoor space and unique designs. Clive’s work includes Google’s headquarters at Mountain Views and has designed numerous restaurants around Hollywood and Los Angeles.
10 Palms is unique in that every unit carries a different name such as the Rock Star Unit and the Roadie Unit. Each unit offers residents soaring ceilings, walls of glass, “green” cabinetry by Doimo Cucine and stainless steel Bosch appliances.
The 10 Palms location offers residents quick access to downtown L.A. via the Hollywood Freeway (101) and West Hollywood and Beverly Hills via Santa Monica Blvd.
The 10 Palms is a half a block from the local Starbucks, dining establishments and several churches, schools and hotels. Although the address is on Franklin, which is the busier street, the majority of the building sets on N. Las Palmas Ave which is a private drive that winds from the busier Franklin around to smaller condos and town homes along Emmet Terrace.
Amenities include controlled access and secure parking.
